The Space
You will have a delightful stay in Brighton in this calm and stylish house located in Brighton, walkable to the beach in just under half an hour and conveniently located near the 3 main train stations.

The large L-shaped sofa and pouffe provide the perfect place to relax with friends and family and watch your favourite programs on the Smart TV with the Virgin 'Movie & Sport' package. The house has great Wifi.

There's a dining table that seats up to 6 guests so you can easily cook up a brunch or dinner and dine with friends. With a feature fireplace, throws and nice wall art, this really is a great home-from-home.

The contemporary powder blue fully equipped kitchen features plenty of cookware, crockery, glassware, and cutlery, along with a dining table for enjoying meals. There is also a kettle and toaster, dishwasher and microwave for guest convenience, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Featuring three bedrooms, each sleeping up to two guests, the beds are made up with fresh bed linen. There are plenty of throws and cushions for your comfort and extra warmth if required. There is also storage for your personal items and belongings.

Bedroom 1 boasts a king-size bed and is also fitted with a dressing table for vanity use. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature a double bed each.

We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, guest toiletries, cooking basics, tea and coffee plus plenty of fresh white hotel-style bed linen, bath towels and hand towels for all guests.

There is a contemporary family bathroom with a downstairs WC. Bath towels, hand towels and guest toiletries are provided.

There is a beautiful private walled garden with plenty of seating for those who are looking for a brunch al fresco or to simply relax and enjoy the sunshine and the peace and quiet.

Neighborhood
The house is located in a calm and friendly neighbourhood, in addition it is located a moments walk away from three lovely parks and an open air theatre

There are some fantastic local spots nearby. The Tivoli Food & Wine grocery store is just round the corner and Tivoli Café is just 5 minutes away from the apartment if you fancy heading out for brunch. Booth Natural History Museum and Open Air Theatre just few minute walk. If you fancy heading out for a pub lunch or for a relaxing drink, the Dyke Ale House pub is one minute down the road and if when you're heading into town you want to stop for great coffee, Small Batch Coffee Shop at Seven Dials is recommended.

HEART OF BRIGHTON
The Brighton Laines is a hub of independent shops and eateries and a great spot for people watching. You can explore The Laines and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of cafes, pubs and jewellery shops. The house is a short bus ride away from the centre of Brighton and a 30 minute stroll from the beach front and the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast. This house is in the perfect location for you to come and enjoy your home away from home.

Guests have access to the whole house privately to themselves for the duration of their stay.
There is parking for one vehicle only.
For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over and we have a strict no parties or late night noise policy.
This is a residential street and there is a security night patrol to monitor behaviour and noise to ensure any noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm.
