The Space
Located in a quiet residential area, you have easy access to great pubs, restaurants, bars, cafes and independent shops. In addition you can walk to either Brighton or Hove Train stations in 20 minutes and the beach in just a few minutes. Hove Lawns, by the sea, is a lovely area for a picnic, sunbathe or just a stroll. Walk along the seafront into the centre of Brighton and take in the i360, seafront cafes and Brighton Palace Pier.

The flat has an airy and homely feel and is furnished and equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

With a double high sleeper loft bed , plenty of fresh hotel linen, a Smart TV and great Wifi, you will have no trouble relaxing. Equally if you wish to work, you'll also have everything you need - there's a fold-up table that seats two.

The fully equipped kitchen has counter top hob with 2 rings, an oven, and a fridge plus cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery in addition to everything you might require to cook a meal like pots and pans. You can dine with your travel partner at the dining table that sits two people.

The bathroom is lovely and bright, with a shower - perfect for a relaxing after a day of exploring or working. Big bath sheets and hand towels are provided.

We provide plenty of fresh towels, guest toiletries and cooking basics for you to use during your stay. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use during their stay.

Neighborhood
Everything you will want or need during your stay is within walking distance and you are surrounded by some beautiful architecture as well as the sea front for wonderful beach strolls. It's close to the sea with the iconic Brighton i360 viewing platform and West Pier.

Preston Street is the the place to visit for any foodies visiting Brighton. Here you will find almost every type of international food as well as a few interesting bars. Some favourites are Bincho, Etci, China Garden and just round the corner - the famous Regency Restaurant. For bars try Oast, Gungho and Bar Medusa. If you are looking for a great traditional pub, try the Lion and Lobster around the corner!

You can easily access supermarkets and a pharmacy. Central Brighton - for shopping and entertainment is a few minute’s walk. Brighton Pier and the West Pier are easily accessible as are the Lanes and the North Laine for shopping and great independent shops and cafes.

Head east to Brighton and west to Hove - both offer great cafes, independent shops, lovely pubs and restaurants. You can simply sit and people watch for hours in either location.

Getting Around
Getting to and around Brighton is straightforward, as it is a well-connected city on the south coast of England. Brighton is approximately an hour’s train journey from London, with frequent services running from major London stations such as London Victoria, London Bridge, and St Pancras International. Southern and Thameslink are the main train operators serving this route, and Brighton’s train station is centrally located, making it easy to start exploring as soon as you arrive. By car, Brighton is accessible via the M23 and A23 from London and the M27/A27 if coming from the west or east along the coast. Parking can be limited and often expensive, especially in the city centre, so researching car parks or Park & Ride schemes in advance is recommended. For a budget-friendly option, National Express and Megabus offer coach services from various UK cities, including London, with journey times around 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. The nearest major airport is Gatwick Airport, only about 30 minutes away by direct train, while Heathrow Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away by train and coach.
