You could tell extra care and attention had been put in to feel and look up market! Whilst also being practical for use! The bed was so comfy and would love to know what mattress it was!

The only down side was the payment for damage prior to staying. The options were either pay a smaller amount with no refund or pay a very large deposit that makes the stay unaffordable if you don’t have surplus money to spare for a deposit. We are very careful and respectful people so it made us very extra cautious which made us on edge about everything we used. If I’m honest I think any amount you pay upfront towards damage should be refundable if proven you’re a trusting customer and no damage. But again this feedback for mainly a lovely stay.

So i booked this for my elderly parents for my wedding, the property is stunning & clean. And would highly recommend.
However my parents did say it was very noisy from the people upstairs.
Also what let the process down was i got a call staight after check out from host and stay to advise there was a towel missing, i called my dad and he was really upset they would even ask about a missing towel. After a couple of hours i get a call back from h&s to advise there had been a mix up with the cleaning company and said towel had been located, which is really poor and my parents would not stay at this property again for this reason. We did get an apology but just thought i needed to add this for if this happens to else.

Avoid Host & Stay! This impersonal agency prioritises profits over guests. Zoe, the actual owner, was kind and helpful once contacted directly and her place is cozy and comfortable. However, our check-in was disastrous: no welcome messages or instructions left us locked out. Host & Stay were unresponsive and when finally reached, their representative was rude and inconsiderate. We were forced to pay unexpected insurance to enter and received no apology for the mess-up. I hope Zoe leaves this agency and hosts independently. Her thoughtfully furnished place is a lovely, restorative getaway I'd recommend - if not for the agency's mismanagement.

Lovely little apartment, really comfy bed and spotlessly clean. Some lovely little touches from the owners as well, like milk in the fridge and biscuits upon arrival. Would very happily stay again. Chapel is a lovely area which is easily accessible to some really great spots in the Peak District.
Relatively easy check in process with the management company, however this was dependent on us paying either a non refundable deposit of £25 or a refundable deposit of £250. It does explain this in the listing, but this isn’t something I’ve ever had to do on Airbnb before and seems a bit unnecessary.

Location close to all amenities, parking nearby, a beautifully decorate apartment , comfort and joy.

The check in process via home & stay could be more straightforward and less time consuming.
