Crimond House

Great property to stay at for large families. The house is so spacious, with large comfortable rooms. The hot tub and football table are nice additions. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house, everything is well thought out to make it a comfortable stay.

We recently stayed at this Norfolk rental and found it to be a comfortable and well-located base for our group of four. The house was easy to find, with sufficient parking for three cars, and offered plenty of space and privacy. <br/>The layout worked well for us, allowing both communal and private time as needed. The amenities matched the listing, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal for exploring the countryside, villages, and coastline, with friendly locals adding to the experience.<br/>Communication with the host was smooth and timely, which made the whole process easier. <br/>While there were a few small areas for improvement that we'll pass along, they didn’t impact our stay in any significant way. <br/>Overall, this property met our expectations, and we’d be happy to return for another visit to explore more of the Norfolk coastline in the future.

A fantastic stay at this wonderful property! We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the open house, comfortable sofa beds (very spacious) and of course the jacuzzi. Very close by to Cromer beach and Norwich which is a 45 min drive. <br/>The only issues were cleanliness (fairly clean but stains, and dirt in the jacuzzi and on the dining table) and despite their being instructions in the booklet there was no guidance on the central heating which took a day for us to get resolved (our baby wasn’t to keen on the cold). Communication was great but response time is 5 hours and for the first day we couldn’t get the heating on as there was no one to speak to. The only major pet peeve was no hand-wash in any of the bathrooms, or coffee pods or basic necessities such as salt and pepper or milk etc. Little things you’d expect for 9+ guests at a high end property such as this. <br/>Nevertheless, a wonderful stay and a beautiful home. Would definitely recommend staying and would love to visit again! ?

Great Airbnb especially for larger groups, large garden to relax outside along with the Hot tub and BBQ. Large bedrooms along with lovely bathrooms, thoroughly enjoyed the weekend stay at this Airbnb

The property was just as described and an excellent base to explore Cromer (20 min walk into the centre)and surrounding areas. We were 6 adults and three small children and the house felt plenty big enough and never felt on top of each other a big open plan kitchen / dining area (great size table to all sit around)/ sitting area leading to patio doors that open out to a nice size patio area / hot tub and a large enclosed garden for the young ones to run around in safety . Three large bedrooms (one downstairs / 2 upstairs ) both the upstairs are en suite again spacious then outside a large enough parking area for 4 cars all in all a great place to stay

Was notified at 10a.m of a broken window that needed to be taken care of. The glazier or whoever were due to attend. Check-in was 4pm which I suggested was later than I hoped! I asked if they would notify me if we could get in any earlier. Heard nothing by 2pm so called and was told the repair was going to take them ‘up to the wire’ meaning 4pm. We got there the window is clearly cracked low down from the inside and posed a concern. The kids immediately gravitate towards that direction and the bean bags. I thought they would have covered it particularly as I emphasised kids were coming. Weird!<br/> Striking was the broken window and the string from the Swing ball hanging limp-less and ball-less, bats strewn across the grass. The Swingball would have been nice had it been functional. Could have been a Banksy image the scene Gesturing towards over-milked resource.<br/> Nice big house though, plenty of room. I think a round dining table would be appreciated here by capacity groups and there’s

Our group of 9 stayed here during half term, we all loved the property and how spacious and well equipped it was, Cromer itself was lovely and walking distance (15-20 minutes to the town centre) there is a bus stop nearby if you want to venture further afield, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was a godsend after whole day of trekking. We will definitely be back.

The perfect accommodation for a family break. Everything was spotless and the property was well kept. <br/>We had a fantastic time and couldn’t have picked a better property to stay in. <br/>The only thing worth noting is that it could use a new BBQ….but that’s it. <br/>10/10 stay and we look forward to returning.

Stayed as a family of 8 adults and 3 children for my 50th birthday. The house is just stunning, very well equiped and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub and the kids loved the garden and football table. <br/>The only very small negative is a shower screen in the bathroom downstairs would be good as we had to sit down in the bath. <br/>We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and return. Had a lovely 3 day stay in Crimond house. <br/>It is as described. <br/>We all had comfortable beds and the place was super clean and tidy. <br/>Table was set when we arrived which was a nice touch. <br/>Netflix provision was good and allowed us to relax after busy days. <br/>Very nit picky improvement suggestions below: <br/>More provisions could have been provided as we ran out of toilet roll, kitchen roll and bin bags during our stay. <br/>Could have had a few more chopping boards in the kitchen. <br/>The blinds were fine in ground floor bedroom but a black out or better light inhibitor would allow a bit more of a lie in as without an eye mask, was very bright. <br/>Small improvements I’d make are waste baskets in bedrooms and shower screen on the bath in the downstairs as you have to have a sit down shower in the bath. <br/>Thanks for a wonderful stay x

The house was lovely, clean with good facilities in a good location close to Cromer.<br/><br/>The only thing I can think of really was it was on a busy road but that didn't really bother us.

Our extended family (6 adults and 4 kids) stayed for a week and had an amazing time. The property was so nice, super clean, lots of games and information on local activities. Hot Tub outside was ace, the kids loved it. Really great amenities in the house and the rooms were spot on. The property is pretty easily walkable into Cromer which meant we didn’t have to worry about parking and so on. Can’t recommend it enough and we would all stay again. Thanks!

Our stay at this fabtastic cottage in the heart of Cromer was out of this world. So much space. The photos dont do it enough justice. We enjoyed a fabulous weekend in this property

We visited Crimond house for a 70th birthday weekend. The house was spotlessly clean and spacious. There was lefty to do at the house with games, swing ball and a hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped for our party of ten and we were left a very helpful starter kit. We absolutely loved every second of our stay!

As a family the house was perfect the hot tub was clean and the football table was loved by all . The experience has been a great getaway for my 50 th just what we wanted .

Large, airy, spacious house. 4 decent sized (upstairs two were very big! bedrooms. Huge open plan living area with exceptionally well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was the cherry on top<br/><br/>A rather sensitive smoke alarm that kept going off when cooking, could do with relocating as currently right above the ovens.

Had a lovely long weekend stay here for my partners 30th with 6 of our friends. The house was absolutely lovely and exactly as described we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would 100% come back!<br/>The sea front is only a mile or two away and a little shop only 0.3 miles, was the perfect location for us<br/>All in all we had the best time celebrating and the house is beautiful! A fantastic house with plenty of room for 9 of us. The house was very well equipped, clean and well organised. It was an easy walk into Cromer. We would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Lovely house, 11 of us stayed which was 6 adults and 5 children. We was made up of 3 families and the house was so spacious no one got under each other’s feet. Lovely big open planning living with all the amenities you need, house was very clean. Nice size garden, hot tub was a good size and was very clean. Would definitely recommend this property. Host was also very helpful.

Great property with lovely garden and lovely indoor open plan living

we had a Fantastic stay for my parents 70th Birthday. the house was immaculate, well decorated with modern styling, comfortable beds-furniture and a really great large communal space for a larger group. Especially with the bi folds linking through to outside, large lawn and hot Tub. It came really well equipped with plenty of glasses/cutlery utensils etc. overall a really great base. Slightly long walk into town if you have young kids but is serviced by bus / 2 min drive and the quality of the space far outweighs this.

Great house in a great location! The facilities provided were more than adequate for our party of 6 and the cleanliness of the property was second to none. Would highly recommend and we will be looking to stay there again in the near future.

We loved everything about our stay here, the house was so clean, spacious and comfy. The reality far exceeded our expectations and the pictures on the site. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to return for our annual retreat. Perfect for our group of 8!!!

Perfect in so many ways .

This house was even better than the pictures. Our group of 4 adults and 5 children had the best weekend. <br/>The house looked virtually brand new and is only 5 minutes drives from the beach, restaurants and cafe’s. We will definitely be returning!

The most wonderful house in a fab location!

This Airbnb was amazing! Extremely clean, clearly very new with amazing furnishings (and a very snazzy kitchen with two ovens!). It looks so much bigger in real life, the pictures don’t do it justice.<br/>They were extremely kind to let us bring our dog with us, and were very kind and quick to respond to our queries. <br/>A few things to be aware of- the garden is not gated, so if you have a dog or children, you will need to be with them in the garden to prevent them running off or strangers wandering down the sides of the house (heaven forbid!).<br/>The house was quite difficult for us to find and on a fast road, so difficult to turn around when driving. We would suggest looking it up on Google maps beforehand and knowing that if coming up from town, it is a house on the right, just after a green footbridge on the left.<br/>The sofa beds are extremely small- I think even a push for two children. We had a small 10 year old with us and if she had brought a friend of the same age they would have struggled to fit together.<br/>Overall the house is beautiful and in a good location. It was quiet and felt private, whilst getting the real inside outside feel in the lounge (I’d love to come back and stay in the summer!). We would really recommend this property.

Great, spacious house in the perfect location to explore Cromer and nearby towns. They really cater well for their guests and have thought of basically everything. We were 5 adults and a toddler and we loved our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed as a family of 5 with three adult children and the house suited us well. It is a new house so is very clean, well decorated and well equipped. The rooms are light and spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms have good showers. <br/>The kitchen and living area is open plan with a good area for cooking and a full size dining table. <br/>A generous food welcome pack was provided, but no household consumables. The wi-fi did not support all of us using it at the same time.<br/>The house is set back off the main road with parking at the front. There is a pleasant 20 minute walk into Cromer, mostly along the coastal path.<br/>All communications and checkin / out were easy and efficient - thank you.
