The Loft @ The Regency sits in the centre of Harrogate and is situated on the second floor of an attractive stone Victorian building. The two-bedroom apartment is a true gem; with a modern and homely feel to the property and a wide selection of amenities within walking distance. Sleeping up to four guests across two bedrooms, The Loft also offers a pleasant view out on to the beautiful square below.

The Space
The Loft @ The Regency is full of style with cool modern fixtures and furnishings. The apartment has been renovated to the highest standard and is a stunning home from home located in Harrogate.
The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area are flooded with light from the full-length window. It is a spacious room with a plush fabric sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen and dining area in the space is stunning and complete with all of the modern appliances you could need during your self-catering stay. The dining table is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals with your loved ones throughout the day.
The bedrooms are both tranquil havens. Light and calming with modern features, the rooms are complete with tall wardrobes and chests of drawers. The master bedroom is home to a comfy king size bed, whilst the second is a twin. Please note that the two single beds can be merged into a super king size bed upon request.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Harrogate’s Turkish Baths have been perfecting the art of relaxation since 1897 so if you’re looking to unwind, head straight there.
Cosy bistros, cafes, restaurants and bars line the cobbled streets. You’ll find the famous Betty’s tea room under 15 minutes away on foot too.
There’s something for everyone when it comes to shopping. Whether you’re looking for antiques, arts and crafts, high-end fashion or jewellery – you’ll find plenty of unique stores and boutiques to discover.
Step outside of the centre and you’ll find the Yorkshire Dales on your doorstep. From the valleys to the peaks, there’s lots of varied landscapes to explore. Enjoy long walks, rock climbing, mountain biking, abseiling and much more!
An added bonus to The Loft @ The Regency is the Asda supermarket which is located just 500 metres away from the apartment.
Getting Around
Local buses run throughout Harrogate and Knaresborough.
Harrogate Train Station is a short walk away from The Loft @ The Regency. York, Leeds and Knaresborough can easily be reached via rail. A number of connecting routes can also be found from these stations so getting to other locations around the UK could not be easier.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
A number of pay & display car parks can be found throughout Harrogate.
Please note that The Regency building does not have lift access. Guests will need to climb the stairs to reach this second floor apartment.
Guests will be required to bring their own cot linen. Only the cot itself is provided at the apartment.

Fantastic location just 5 mins walk from the high street via the one arch tunnel. Very well equipped in general, especially the kitchen.<br/><br/>The mandatory £25 insurance or £10 admin fee on a deposit should be included in the cost as you cannot stay there without paying these fees.

Great location and the milk in the fridge, and buiscuits and wine on the dinner table, were a nice touch. <br/>Good kitchen utensils and equipment. Coffee and tea :-) <br/>ASDA right next door was very convenient.<br/><br/>More teatowels would have been nice (1 teatowel for 1 week for a family of 4 is not enough). <br/>Toiletries included was limited to handsoap, i.e. no soap or shampoo for shower. Thankfully ASDA <br/>is right next door. <br/>The extra hassle of security deposited and/or buying liability insurance after booking (hidden cost of 30Euro) was unwelcome.

I loved everything about the home, from the beds, shower, sofa, lots of natural light, and decoration, and it was very close to the event I was going to.<br/>Amicable, fast client service.<br/>I will book again for sure!

Excellent location right next to the main conference centre with lots of bars and restaurants within a Few minutes walk. <br/> <br/>The apartment is generously sized, very clean with modern stylish furnishings and nice decor.

The apartment was really nice and in a great location, just a few minutes walk to town. <br/>We were a bit worried about parking but it actually worked out well. You can park outside for up to 3 hours at any time with a parking disc (which is in the apartment), so easily enough time to drop your stuff off or pack it up. You can also park right outside after 6pm and before 9am (12 if you put the disc in the night before saying 9am) and all day Sunday. There’s also several pay and display car parks very close (2 min walk) for the other times.<br/>Our bed was really comfy and even my daughter slept well in the travel cot supplied. The cot we had was 60cm x 120cm - you need to bring sheets so that might be helpful as it wasn’t in the description.<br/>Overall a really nice stay and loads to do in walking distance or a short car journey, we just wish we had longer!

Giving people a ' what three words' location would be of great benefit. The people living in no:61 are fed up with people thinking that it is 61a judging by the sign on the door.

Location. Overall cleanliness. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. Loved it.<br/><br/>Dirty bath towel left behind door in King room and bin in same room not emptied. Only one loo roll for four people for two days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Harrogate. It was a pleasure to come home to this lovely bnb each day after sightseeing. It is clean, bright and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I would absolutely recommend this bnb to anyone wanting to visit Yorkshire. <br/><br/>The only small issue we had is that gps maps takes you to a different building that has a sign on the door saying ‘This is not a holiday rental home’ Do not knock or disturb them. We were very worried but we called the host and stay and they were friendly and helpful. Told us to walk around a bit. As it turns out, it was the building right next door around the bend. All was great from there. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Loft. Beautifully decorated, homely and very clean. Fab facilities and very well equipped kitchen. Great location too. We parked at the Park View car park £7 for 24 hours - however we were able to park outside the property to unload our belongings etc. Host & Stay were very good at communicating with us too. Would definitely return.

Excellent communication from host and stay. Although it’s the first time I’ve had verify my ID (provide a photo and picture of passport or driving license) and have damage cover with Air B and B.<br/><br/>Apartment was spotlessly clean, has lovely furnishings and design and high spec appliances. Also ideal location five mins from the centre. However a downside of the location is, if you’re a light sleeper, you might be disturbed by the noise from the traffic and drunk people going home on a Saturday night. <br/><br/>There are also a lot of stairs and no lift to so would not recommend it for people with mobility issues. <br/><br/>We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The apartment is lovely and we would definitely stay again.

An excellent apartment, modern, bright, comfortable and well equipped.<br/>Location is great, you can walk into Harrogate and there is a supermarket a minutes walk away.<br/>Host is very communicative, and always available if we had any questions.<br/>We will definitely stay here again when we return to Harrogate.
