Wow! Norfolk Historic Townhouse was so beautiful and perfect for our stay. We just loved the shops and restaurants in King's Lynn and the river is so peaceful. You can walk along the river, and we really enjoyed the bike paths. Great restaurants too including Bank House on the river where we had a really nice meal to celebrate our anniversary. The furniture and the rooms themselves are so comfy and it really felt like home. Love the period features too! The kitchen and little back garden were perfect for our breakfasts and lunches too. Highly recommended!!

Lovely location, the house was cute When we arrived the property hasn’t been at all cleaned from the previous guests. Dirty bedding, dirty towels, the house was a mess. It took me 3 hours on the phone to the company renting this place to actually arrange for a cleaner to come and clean the house, BUT she had no bedding or towels for us so we have been advised to go to a shop and but fresh linens for which they will refund us. So far 3 weeks have passed and I haven’t been refunded. Not very helpful staff either.

A lovely place to stay on the historic and picturesque street really close to the sights and atmosphere of the town. Easy walking but quiet and peaceful, the house was warm and welcoming - we felt really 'at home'. The letting company dealt with us extremely well and professionally - thanks ! Would happily go again, as Norfolk had more to offer than we could cover in our short stay !

The location was perfect. The townhouse is very quaint and decorated nicely. We had 7 people staying at the townhouse. There was only towels and bedding for 6 people to sleep. We are from out of country so we had to go to store to buy bedding and towels.

We were 6 adults staying for a long weekend and it was a perfect house for us. It is in is in a great location on a quiet historical street just a couple of minutes walk from the river, historical old town center and several good restaurants. Although the kitchen was quite small we had no problems cooking a few proper meals for the six of us, and we enjoyed being able to have breakfast in the small courtyard area. Parking is not available outside on the street but we parked about 3 minutes away in the Church Street car park, this was £6 a day using the NCP app and the owners offered to refunded the cost. Overall if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Kings Lynn this is a perfect venue.

The house is very well located within the historic old town within easy walking distance of the main attractions in Kings Lynn. The house is very well equipped and was lovely and warm with the added benefit of the stove in the living room. Having just returned from a week there we would thoroughly recommend a visit!

This property was perfect from start to finish. We were in Kings Lynn for the Who gig at Sandringham. We stayed 3 nights. 2 couples. We decided we would cook in. The kitchen had everything we needed. No items overlooked. Beds were comfy. Bedrooms quiet. Lovely courtyard where we enjoyed sitting and having breakfast. Easy walk into Kings Lynn. Public car park really close. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay on Nelson street. Such a cute street, super quiet and 2 min walk from some great restaurants. And the center of town. The pictures don’t do it justice.

We all loved our stay at Nelson Street, most of all it’s a lovely house that’s convenient to all the town centre. The house was wonderfully clean, all you’d need in the kitchen with excellent linen and decor. There is plentiful parking. Suggest you use south quay which is cheapest. This a great base to explore and I noticed a music festival coming up soon, check out the corn exchange as a great venue for music, film and theatre. Communication with the agent was prompt and key pick up very easy. Never stayed on a heritage street before and it felt safe and quiet

We were two families holidaying over a long weekend and loved our stay. The house is in a great location with access to the river and beautiful old town. It’s really well-appointed and we were so pleased to have a cot and high chair provided. The kitchen is smaller than we had anticipated but had everything we needed for serious cooking, and the courtyard was a great space for an Easter Egg hunt. The agents were super responsive and helpful, and getting parking refunded was a pleasing bonus. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Loved the King's Lynn Old Town House. Really clean, comfortable and beautiful house, decor. Sat by the fire (and cooked some great meals in the lovely kitchen) after great walks by the river and through the historic town. Lots to do nearby too. Sandringham isn't far, and we drove to the beach at Hunstanton where we got some fresh seaside air! Closer to home we really enjoyed seeing the historic St Margaret's cathedral at the end of the road, the St George's Guildhall (Shakespeare apparently performed there!) and the lovely town hall. Really nice restaurants and shops nearby too. Highly recommended. My wife and I will definitely book again.

Great place with all amenities included and close to shops and nice town walks. We had a lovely stay with a large group of adults and a baby; two bedrooms are suitable for couples and two bedrooms ok for singles. The dining room+table is plenty big enough for a group of 6-8 and there is outdoor space for dining as well. Kitchen had heaps of kitchenware and dishes for self-catering and a cosy lounge for relaxing in the evenings. Thanks for a perfect stay!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful period house with plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen so we could make meals, which was helpful with the baby. We were relieved to find highchair, stair gates and cot for the baby too! The lounge had an easy use remote controlled fireplace, which made it so cosy. Really clean and comfy beds, we slept like the baby! Next to the river, amazing sunsets and clear skies. Lovely old street with cobbled alleyways and the cathedral and medieval town hall are at the end of the street a minute walk(there's a projected light show on buildings every evening that's amazing!) We managed to get to Sandringham for Luminate festival and fairground, which was amazing too. Marriott's Warehouse for lunch was family friendly and a couple of minutes walk away from the house overlooking river which was great! House is also next to shopping area so easy to get groceries and lovely gifts for Christmas. Loved it! Parking was easy with good instructions sent beforehand.

Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay. Very conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the town centre. It was very clean and tidy. A travel cot and a pair of stair gates were provided for our toddler. Just a 20 minute drive from Sandringham.
