The Space
Princes Place Hideaway IV is a stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment featuring a modern yet charming design. The space is bright and airy, with a white interior throughout, enhanced by sophisticated wooden accents including the doors, floors, and furniture. These natural tones are elegantly complemented by pops of amber, blue, and grey, adding a touch of vibrancy to the overall aesthetic.

Upon entry, you will find two bedrooms on the left-hand side. The first bedroom offers a double bed, while the second boasts two double beds, featuring windows overlooking the beautiful neighbourhood. Each room has hanging racks for your clothes and desks that can be used for work or vanity.

Next to these bedrooms, you’ll find two sparkling clean bathrooms positioned opposite each other. Each bathroom features grey tiles and includes large mirrors, white WCs, and wash basins. The larger bathroom has a bathtub with the option to use either a handheld or rain shower, while the smaller bathroom offers a shower cubicle equipped with both handheld and rain shower options.

The third bedroom is located next to the smaller bathroom and offers a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area invites you to unwind. The living space includes a sofa that converts into a double bed and a large wall-mounted TV for your entertainment.

The dining area features a classic wood-style table paired with two black dining benches, seamlessly blending with the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with greyish-black cupboards and includes essential appliances such as an integrated fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

Princes Place Hideaway IV is the perfect place to rest your head after a long day of work or exploring the city.

Neighborhood
Located in Princes Road, Princes Place Hideaway IV is surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.

The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20 minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!

Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.

Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!

If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Getting Around
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street and Mulgrave Street, just a 5-6 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The Princes Place Hideaway IV are within a 30-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes drive, to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure keypad system and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building, accessible via stairs.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

I liked the Apartment it was in a good location, bus stop was nearby to get to the town centre quicker . the beds were very comfy and the apartment was spacious.<br/><br/>we checked in and there was still rubbish from previous occupants.

The apartment is spacious and modern and furnished very well. Check in was smooth and easy.<br/><br/>Kitchen is well kitted out and they provided tea, coffee, milk, ice, and toiletries.<br/><br/>Location is ok with ubers. Not great if you don't want to get taxis. We were fine with the location.<br/><br/>The apartment door mechanism broke and we were trapped inside. I called host and stay and spoke to someone who did not treat it as an urgent matter. I was told it is a weekend and that there's only 1 maintenance man working. I asked if someone could just come with a key to unlock it and she said no it needs to be the maintenance man. He came 2 hours after I called. Luckily we had seen a police officer outside during this and threw the key down to her and she came up to let us out. She told us that we should call the police station if it happened again because we wouldn't be able to get out if there was a fire.<br/><br/>The apartment was very warm and I couldn't open the windows in the bedrooms as they're sealed shut.<br/><br/>There is a shortage of plug sockets.<br/><br/>Not much toilet roll provided for large groups.

Free road parking. Bright with comfy beds and good bedding.<br/><br/>Poor attention to detail. Dusty, only one toilet roll for 7 people, no curtains, Not as images portrayed. All a bit dishevelled! Far too many communications from Host & Stay, before, during and after. Will avoid booking with this group again.

The apartment is in a good quiet area a 20 minute walk from the city centre with good public transport access. Property very easily accessible. The interior of the apartment is beautiful, well furnished, clean and modern. Good sized outdoor area. Everything you need is there. Will definitely return when back in Liverpool.
