The modern interior and floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light, making it the perfect place to relax.
The Space
Richmond Place 206 is a beautifully refurbished one-bedroom apartment located in the northern area of Liverpool.
The spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area offers convenience with everything you could need for a stay away from home. The wall-mounted Smart TV is perfectly placed in front of the sofa bed in the living area - unwinding has never been easier.
The wooden dining table and furniture are perfectly complemented by the laminated vinyl flooring, creating an elegant feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, including a microwave, kettle, oven, hob, toaster, basic cookware, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and more!
The bedroom is another delight with huge windows, a comfy double bed, a wardrobe, and a stool and mirror for vanity use.
The bathroom boasts a shower over the bath, a WC, and a wash basin!

Neighborhood
If you love nature, then Richmond Place 206 is the accommodation for you. It is perfectly located with many park attractions just a short drive away! Everton Park, St. John's Gardens, and St. George's Hall are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. If you fancy venturing into the city centre or Anfield Stadium, there are transport links nearby.
Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.
Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!
Getting Around
Richmond Place 206 is within walking distance or a short drive to many of Everton Park's attractions.
If you plan to explore the Liverpool City Centre, or the well-known Anfield Stadium, then there are bus stops at Mansfield Street and Great Richmond Street both within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Liverpool Lime Street station is less than 15-minutes walk away or just a 5-minute drive.
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Richmond Place 206 is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Other Things to Note:
• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The accommodation was good and the location was great however the host is constantly communicating with you to the extent it gets a bit repetitive and annoying. We didn't need 3 messages to explain how we checkout after only just checking in !

A modern, new, spacious flat.<br/><br/>Had a really bad experience upon arrival. I arrived a few minutes *after* the agreed check-in time. However, the keys were missing from the safe box. As a result, I could not enter the property and had to wait in the corridor for a long time. It turned out the flat had not been cleaned. The cleaning person arrived several minutes later and I could only use the flat 1 hour and 45 minutes after the agreed check-in time. The communication with the host during my wait was poor (their representative initially disputed what the agreed check-in time was, and claimed that the cleaning person was already in the flat, but the truth was that they arrived several minutes after my arrival). The host later apologised and agreed to offer compensation, which I received several days after the promised day.
