Het huis was schoon en ruimtelijk. De bedden waren keurig opgemaakt. <br/>Bij aankomst krijg je de code en een app waarin allerlei informatie wordt vermeld over het huis maar ook over de omgeving, erg fijn!<br/><br/>Er is geen parkeergelegenheid voor het huis. Wel vaak in de straten rondom het huis. <br/>Bij het in- en uitladen kan je de auto er wel even voor parkeren.

Very clean and spacious with good facilities and well-equipped kitchen. Place was easy to find and very near centre of town/old town and the sea front. Instructions on picking up the keys, checking in and out were good and clear.<br/><br/>Mattress on the double bed was a bit soft/uncomfortable.

Really great pad, excellent value for money and a great location. The host was really well organised with even a mini micro website going through all details and the local area - would really recommend

We loved a garden and the spacious living room and the location was really close to the sea.<br/><br/>The bed could be more comfortable

We had a wonderful time exploring Margate thanks to this fantastically located property. <br/>The house itself is tastefully decorated and furnished, and the kitchen has everything you could need. A few bits and bobs weren't completely clean and there were a few parts of the home that didn't quite work (the outside space is very welcoming and the bathroom door lock was broken). <br/>Overall, 4 out of 5 stars

Space and how close it was to the town<br/><br/>The host lied to me the night before telling me that for a week I would have two towels per person but instead only had 1 towels per person which lead to us spending money to buy some, replies were slow and ignored, still ignored and it’s annoying because I specifically asked the night before since they didn’t have a washing machine otherwise I would have brought my own towels knowing how dirty you can get from the beach and needing towels each night. So they are liars and I still haven’t had a response. You can get better elsewhere. They also only have 1 tea towel for the washing up for the entire week again disgusting. You can get better elsewhere

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was warm and comfortable.<br/>The kitchen was well equipped although it had a small fridge to cater for four people.<br/>The location suited us as it was close to the beach and shops. However, we were not told that outdoor live music from Dreamland would be played on Friday and Saturday nights from 17h30 to 22h30. It could be heard inside the house and was quite intrusive.

Read carefully the whole property description, you will be charge additional fees outside the platform. The travel cot for 6 months old son was missing no attempt to help us / provide us with one was made during the whole stay… it says it all

Good location, nice house, lots of space and well equipped. Good comms from host. Note they ask for off AirBnB deposit (which was fine) but a bit cheeky charging £10 fees for taking the deposit!

Such a lovely place to stay, very clean, everything we could possibly need, tasteful and close to the town and beach. We didn’t expect a Christmas tree! This made it a perfect festive break. Highly recommend and would return without hesitation.

A wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and clean and cosy. We had a perfect weekend autumnal getaway. Perfectly located next to Dreamland and the town centre. Walking distance of everything. Very reasonably priced too.

Great location. Sadly Dreamland was closed during our stay, but it’s a great location if you were visiting there. Very spacious for 5 of us, spacious living area. Fairly small kitchen but it was fine. Easy check in process and place was nice and clean.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Everything was as expected. the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was brilliant for different parts of Margate. We walked to Westbrook Bay each day. You can see Dreamland from the house which our children loved. We also visited the old town, Shell Grotto and the Caves. Parking is mentioned and this meant I researched beforehand. we unloaded outside then I moved my car to Tivoli Park Road which is free parking and it was fine for the duration of our stay. Plenty of space on there as well and less than a 15 min walk from the house.

We had are great time. The house was spacious and clean. It was easy to walk to the beach and to town. We had great good in local restaurants and cafés. The host was really responsive.

The location was perfect. it is just a few minute walk to dreamland.<br/><br/>I did not like the view from the back bedroom which over looks a derelict house that looks like a dump. The patio needs to be jet washed and the weeds and overgrowing trees need cutting back and up-rooted. Hangers need to be replaced as those in the master bedrooms are broken. We found lipstick on the washed gasses in the cupboard. <br/>The management team need to be made aware faults as, the price had been hiked up as our stay was during a festival.

Great location, good sized rooms, clean<br/><br/>No TV , Internet intermittent, not enough cutlery, not enough dinner plates , no oven gloves, no tea towel, cooking was impossible.<br/>I burnt my hand attempting to use the oven.<br/>1 hand towel for 5 people over 4 days.<br/>Tried to call and email blue fox rentals to get help and support to be lied to constantly.<br/>Over 2 days back and forth they ignored any communication.<br/>Would not send anyone to sort out any issues we had .<br/>Made a few days away for our family most disappointing.<br/>Would not recommend this house.<br/><br/>They advertise what's provided and it's not correct at all....

We really loved this house! It was airy, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and super comfy. We felt like home! It’s in a fantastic location: close to the beach, Dreamland, the high street, and also the Old Market place! <br/>There was a great smart TV and we had access to Netflix and all other channels! There were many books and games hidden inside the foot stall of the sofa set!<br/>However, there were a few small issues within the house that I’m sure can easily be rectified! <br/>he kitchen lacked a few basic items! There was no frying pan or colander! There were no spare bin liners, so had to buy! Also had to buy toilet rolls as there weren’t enough!<br/>Some of us experienced problems with the shower pressure! Sometimes it worked well and sometimes it didn’t - the water pressure was extremely low! <br/>The single bedroom could have done with a curtain as it was quite bright in the room in the morning<br/>Overall we recommand this place to anybody. we have great time. no regret

Me and a friend stayed here for 4 nights ,it's a lovely big clean spacious house with a patio.<br/>Very easy to walk to from the train station and to walk down into town/old town. We walked to The Shell Grotto, The Margate Caves and back and forth to the old town many times . The amusement park Dreamland is situated very close to the house, not sure I'd stay here when Dreamland is open as they often hold concerts and other events in there so I imagine it would be noisy, however its a great location for an out of season getaway as Dreamland is shut during that time and the location of the house is quiet.<br/><br/>Don't quite understand why there isn't a washing machine that guests can use. That's the only thing I can think of .

Ideal location - 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to loads of great restaurants. House was a good size for 3 of us

Thank you, we enjoyed our stay at Grosvenor Hill. Its a beautiful home, clean and looks exactly like the pictures. <br/>The bedrooms were spacious, clean, the beds were super comfortable and rooms lovely decorated. <br/>The living room was homely and welcoming with two lovely fireplaces, dining table to have meals and a TV with streaming channels. <br/>The kitchen was stocked with utensils, and they had beautiful sized mugs for a large cup of tea! I brought extra stuff like kitchen towlels, washing up liquid, cloths and they had it all already. It really was a home from home. <br/>We went for walks within the town and seafront about a 5 mins walk away, with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from.<br/>Finally, checking in was simple as the instructions were straightforward. There isnt any parking available outside the house as you have to have a permit. Although we parked and unpacked the car and then parked for free a few streets away, no more than 10 minute walk. This was our 3rd stay in Margate and the best property we stayed in from a comfort point of view. It is accurately described and Tony is very responsive.

The property was very homely, well presented and decorated. Finished off very well. <br/>Positioned well for what we wanted to do. <br/>Overall a lovely little place!!<br/><br/>Being charged £115.00 for cleaning prior to arrival that was sub standard to say the very least! No comment from the vendor re cleanliness issues. <br/>Being given the wrong details about what was in the property. <br/>Parking was a bit of a pain but was aware of this.

A really comfortable break at Grosvenor House, already rated highly for all criteria by my family. <br/>We do feel strongly that ensuring non-slip bathing/showering with use of grab rail/bar would be necessary and would only serve to improve a quality experience.

Beautiful House, great location, pictures don't do it justice and fair pricing. However, there was a great lack of basic amenities, which we had to buy ourselves.

Amazing property for a family, was super clean and tidy, very spacious. Well located, 5 min walking to the beach few supermarkets around the area , excelent restaurants .

Property was perfect location wise and plenty of space for the four of us. Well equipped kitchen and nice little outdoor space<br/><br/>Key areas were clean e.g. toilet, shower, hob but overall property was dusty and splash backs in both the kitchen and bathroom were not clean.

This house is lovely. Immaculately clean and looks exactly like the photos. Location is great too, not far to walk to anywhere. Would stay here again.<br/>Only slight issue is one bedroom has no curtains, just a blind, which didn’t really block out light. This was difficult for us as our youngest child goes to bed early and the room was full of light. The other 2 bedrooms have curtains and blinds, and one of those is a twin, so we coped, but worth mentioning if you need all 4 beds and have little ones or are effected by light. I’ve fed back to the owner. <br/>Still an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely, peaceful accommodation - I slept really well despite the central location. The courtyard is also a real sun trap at lunchtime, even in February! I was traveling on my own but the property is spacious enough that it would have been great for a family stay. In fact, I might well consider it for precisely that later in the year. I also appreciated the availability of a parking bay opposite the house that allowed free parking for blue badge holders, which made life a lot easier.<br/><br/>The only criticism I have is that a previous guest hadn't washed up the saucepans thoroughly, which meant I had to soak them and wash up again before I could cook dinner. But that's a small blip in an otherwise excellent stay.

Lovely house in excellent location. Good communication from the host throughout. The only issue for us was parking which ended up costing quite a bit extra as we couldn’t find any free parking nearby. But overall a great stay.

The house is lovely and we had a great time here. Very cosy and close to everything you need. Checkout time could be a little later. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here, lots of space for 5 of us, comfy sofas, well equipped kitchen, great location and very good value for money. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The only thing to be aware of is that the the single beds are quite small which was fine for us but maybe not for someone taller/larger!

The house is in a great location, very easy to walk to the beach and local shops. Clean throughout comfy and homely. The garden is a fantastic sun trap as well as very peaceful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk into old town, 5 minutes walk to Dreamland. The house is smart, comfortable and worked well for us, a family of 5 with two teen boys and a 5 year old (said her bed was very comfy and enjoyed the toys/books). Pretty courtyard was a bonus. The shower worked well (read someone had issues). We parked to drop off stuff then parked a 10 min walk away on side streets just past the Station. Dreamland is such a fab place but only a fraction of rides open in these pandemic times, still a nice place to hang out as great seating areas and free to get in and reasonable prices. Love the Turner Contemporary (The Antony Gormley Another Time sea statue a must visit), and in Old Town; Peters Fish (value for money and worth the queue) and the Light Keeper shop. The High street behind the house can be perilous in the evening, becoming full of cars and local characters, one of those streets that needs some love...but Margate is all about the rough and the smooth... so enjoy.

Grosvenor House was a super holiday home for our week in lovely Margate.<br/>10 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach, many amazing restaurants, galleries and independent shops.<br/>A clean comfortable home with fresh stylish decor. A bonus having an outside area with tables and chairs.

The house was lovely and in an excellent location, with only a short walk to the beach and into the main streets of the town.<br/>The only thing that let the property down were the extreme temperature changes of the shower.

This house allows you to experience the best of Margate. Clean, centrally-located and with a perfect cocktail patio, you can get to the beach and some of the best restaurants with just a short walk. Nicely renovated, and a great big Sony TV with Netflix for nights in.

A great house, a great value in a perfect location for exploring Margate for a weekend getaway. House is nicely decorated and clean and is perfect for a family or set of couples (with or without kids) with ample space to hang out. Blue Fox was great at making sure check-in was seamless and responding to any queries very quickly.

What a nice place! Photos are accurate and the decoration and interiors are lovely. Check in was easy and really clean, Location is useful to explore the area from and close to the station. Really comfy and cosy! Shower was playing up a tiny bit when we were there but think that might have just been a one off issue, which we notified the hosts about. Lovely stay!

It’s great to be able to walk to the beach or stroll into the old town in a few minutes - or to drive across to Cliftonville or Broadstairs - from this house which was v good value for a first break after lockdown. Margate is fantastic but parking is tricky so next time we’d come by train!

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the property. The property is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The station (we don’t drive) is a 10 minute walk, which was also handy as we walked to Broadstairs one day and caught the train back. The property was very clean, the bedrooms large and spacious and has everything you need. Highly recommended and really good value for money!

Lovely spot super close to the train station and the centre of Margate. The house was spacious, clean, and the beds were really comfy. The shower wasn’t amazing but it wouldn’t put me off visiting again!!

This was such a great find! A few minutes walk to the beach, a fantastically clean space, and a perfect home away from home for a few days in Margate. The hosts have also been very helpful in returning my wallet and bank cards after I accidentally left them behind. Little touches like that are what make places and hosts like these worth shouting about

Definitely recommend this place, very clean and lovely presentation. Location is near the sea front and in the town so you have everything. Parking bit of a pain due to no free spaces and very full around the small streets so be prepared to not get right outside. However the host was very detailed, gave us all the correct information and made our stay really nice! You would have a great time in this house

Beautiful renovations and a very comfortable warm home on a quiet side street a few minutes away from Margate beach and within easy walking distance of the town. Would definitely recommend to future guests.

Great house - loved the decor and it was lovely and clean. Didn’t spend much time there as we were there for a conference but it was perfect for our needs. And really good value.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und super sauber. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Der Ort ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir hatten ein Auto und konnten so die schöne Umgebung erkunden. Kostenlos parken ist dort etwas schwierig... wir haben in der buckingham Road geparkt, das ist gerade mal 5<br/>Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Gern wieder.

Very clean and plenty of space for everyone, close to where we needed to be and easy to access. Shame no parking, a multi-storey nearby but we found a free spot for the weekend on the road up the hill a bit. Quiet at night. <br/>Didn't get to use the outside area as it was chilly but it was neat and a table covered, so would have been dry. Good kitchen (with tea bags and salt and pepper).<br/>Shower could of been better - needs resetting when using - but apart from that all great.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 5. Great location. Really close to Dreamland - you could see it from the house. Beautifully decorated home. Parking not on site but nearby. Amenities for young children such as a high chair, although we didn’t use them. No dishwasher but this was minor for us. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely few days stay with our children and my mother in law. Very comfortable and clean. Great location for Dreamland. we hope to return one day.
