Nicholson Cottage is a charming holiday let in Happisburgh. This rustic cottage accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living area. You can enjoy the tranquility of the large garden, and explore the nearby beach and iconic Happisburgh lighthouse which are just a 15-minute walk away. Nicholson Cottage’s open-plan layout is ideal for quality time together. Enjoy meals around the dining table for four, just off the modern kitchen, and relax in the cosy living room with a board game or a movie on the smart TV.
The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms: a super king and a twin, which can be converted into another super king upon request.
The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower.
Outside the garden patio is a lovely place to unwind.

The nearest train station is in North Walsham, which is about a 15-minute drive from Nicholson Cottage. North Walsham Station offers regular services to Norwich, where you can connect to major cities such as London (approximately 1 hour 50 minutes).
