We enjoyed our stay. The house is huge and had everything we needed. Location is good for quick access to the town centre which is 1 minute away on foot. A great place for families sharing. The park with playground is just along the road. Parking was easy right outside the front door.

Great stay. House had loads of room for 2 families and 2 dogs!! Really well equipped and nicely furnished. Walking distance to everything Saltburn has to offer including the beach and really nice bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the funicular railway, a walk on the cliffs as well as plenty of beach time. Really accessible dog-friendly section of beach too which is not always the case.<br/>We had a great few days and highly recommend.
