Beach View

Nice little bungalow, great location . Patio view stunning, clean, tidy and property had everything included you could need for your stay . This is the last day I am able to leave a review , so am basing this review on things as of today . <br/> You will notice on the listing there is mention of a damage deposit , which is something I’ve occasionally come across before, but is usually refunded quite quickly on checkout . For this property and host you should note , once you have booked, you will receive an email telling you , you have to either buy a insurance policy at £25 (non refundable) or give them a £250 deposit (refundable minus £10 for their ‘admin fees’). I choose the £250 deposit, being a respectful visitor and not liking an extra £25 cost . It is then supposed to be returned ‘with 14 days’. My deposit has not been returned as of today and it’s 14 days since I checked out . Two phone calls and they confirm both times I haven’t damaged anything but no deposit refund ?

had a great stay at Beach View. Stunning location, I will miss the sea view now we're home. Great for getting down to Clayton Bay or into Scarborough and other locations. a treat to be on the Cleveland Way. <br/>Bungalow was just right for us, had nice facilities and was clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. <br/>Would prefer if the compulsory accident cover was built into the cost rather than a seperate charge. However didn't stop the property feeling like good value for money.

Very responsive host who was more than happy to accommodate the change of adult. Beautiful accommodation with a breath taking view that you could just sit and watch all day. List of local information was also helpful. It made a perfect base to visit Scarborough and Filey but also do surfing at Clayton Bay. Will definitely be in our list to return

Lovely place, immaculate, very well equipped. <br/>The most impressive part was the lovely panoramic view.<br/>Would definitely return.<br/><br/>The price, which seemed to increase dramatically the days we were there.<br/>Trivial but could do with little bins in the sitting room and bedrooms.<br/>Could do with a little round table and some chairs on the patio.

the views are amazing, the location is very peaceful. We will return maybe for longer. We looking for August bank holiday - but the price had goone up again.<br/><br/>seating outside could of been more comfy only an old wooden bench, but I had camping chairs in car. Providing a sun umbrella or something might of be a plus but not a game charger. Why out prices up for a bank holiday

The cottage was in a quiet location, with superb views of Cayton Bay. Good bus service to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington, which meant that we didn't have to use the car too much when we were there. Also good for walking, as the Cleveland Way was very close by.<br/><br/>Nothing!

Incredible view. Homely, clean and well equipped bungalow. Fantastic location. And wonderful for the dogs.<br/><br/>Having to leave.

Fantastic view. Good location with Cayton beach within walking distance and Scarborough a short car journey away.<br/><br/>We travelled with a baby and toddler so blackout blinds in the bedrooms would have been handy to have.
