As the year draws to a close, we are reflecting on our achievements in 2022. We were nominated for a number of awards this year and it has been an honour to be recognised amongst amazing businesses in our industry. We went on to win the below awards which shows the incredible efforts of our Host & Stay team!
Best Leisure Property Management Company 2022
Earlier this year, we won Best Leisure Property Management Company at the Shortyz Awards! Judges looked for evidence of the following as part of the award:
- Growth or retention of portfolio
- Effective staff and customer engagement and satisfaction levels
- Proactive or effective marketing strategies to boost revenue, occupancy and repeat bookings over the last two years
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience and going beyond the duty of care
- Innovation of product, amenities and customer service over the last two years
- Strong commercial and financial performance over the last two years
We really pride ourselves on customer service and guest experience so we were so proud to win an award where this is a key focus!
Consumer Business of the Year 2022
Last month we attended the 25th Annual Growing Business Awards where we won Consumer Business of the Year. These prestigious awards celebrate the UK’s most outstanding entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses.
It’s also worth mentioning that our CEO, Dale Smith, also won Young Entrepreneur of the Year. A huge achievement recognising the next generation of dynamic entrepreneurs in the UK!
Best Property Management Provider 2022
We were awarded Best Property Management Provider at the National Landlord Investment Show. The incredible event took place at Grosvenor House and celebrated excellence and professionalism in the Private Rental Sector. We are so proud to receive this award after being shortlisted alongside fantastic companies!

Last month we scooped up Best Property Manager Northern England at the STAA Property Manager Awards. Recognising excellence in the property manager sector, we are absolutely thrilled to be recognised as Best Property Manager for the North of England.
