The Space
As you walk through the front door you will be greeted by a cosy living area which houses a seating area, coffee table and Smart TV.
The country style kitchen is cosy, but it’s a well-equipped space boasting a whole host of modern amenities including a fridge, freezer, kettle, oven, hob, toaster and washing machine.
Baliol Street offers two inviting bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a snug king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
A well-appointed shower room on the ground floor provides all the necessary amenities for your convenience.
As you wake each morning, be greeted by the glorious tranquillity of the surrounding peaceful neighbourhood. Located just off the central Galgate, Baloil Street is in a prime location in the heart of Barnard Castle. Step outside to find a private, enclosed back garden which has high walls and isn't overlooked. A wonderful place to unwind, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine or retreat here to get lost in a good book.

The nearest train station to Barnard Castle can be found in Bishop Auckland, a 25-minute drive away from Baliol Street. Bishop Auckland has direct services operating to Darlington, Middlesbrough, Newton Aycliffe, Redcar, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Shildon and Thornaby-on-Tees.
A number of bus routes operate in Barnard Castle offering access to Darlington, Durham and Richmond.
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Baliol Street are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.
Free on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
