The Space
Clifton Studio 3 is a welcoming and homely basement studio in Darlington.

You’ll find a luxurious king-size bed with premium bed linens to ensure you have a fantastic night’s sleep. A flat screen TV means you can enjoy long, lazy mornings with a cuppa in bed. With a chest of drawers, a cupboard and bedside tables, there is plenty of space for your belongings.

The kitchenette has modern appliances and cookware so you can enjoy basic meals throughout your stay.

The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, WC and basin.

The rear garden, with view of the neighbourhood is accessible through Clifton Studio 3.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Darlington town centre is packed with everything you could need to enjoy your short break. You can catch the latest film or theatrical performance at Vue Cinema or The Darlington Hippodrome. Enjoy the history of the iconic St Cuthbert's Church, browse the wide range of designer stores and seek out the unique independent boutiques hidden in the historic yards of the town.

Getting Around
Darlington Train Station, a short walk away from Clifton Studio 3, has regular routes to Bishop Auckland, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Newcastle, Penzance, Saltburn-by-the-Sea and York.

Darlington has great bus routes to surrounding areas including Barnard Castle, Bishop Auckland, Durham, Middlesbrough, Spennymoor, Stockton-on-Tees, Tow Law and Yarm.

The nearest airport is Teesside International, seven miles away from Darlington.
