Excellent area, Comfy Bed Hot water, excellent shower  Good TV, Fridge & Microwave  Good WiFi.  Hit n miss with parking The Rubbish bin out side gets over full, would recommend getting a larger wheelie bin.

Very close to the town and theatre, very comfortable bed, nice and clean all round.  Not their issue but the person upstairs is felt i was in with him as i could hear his snoring most the night. Only other gripe is a bright green light for the emergency exit light. 

Clean and tidy. The lock boxes are not numbered so if you are in studio 2, it will be the 2nd lock box from the top. Took a couple of minutes to work that out. Top boxes are quite high so if you are short, it could be an issue. Apart from that, a good start, good hiat and the studio was fine for the money.

Location handy for railway station and town centre. Comfortable bedroom.  Good kitchen facilities . Separate street access was good to use as a short cut to town.  The bathroom was very small. No room to put anything.  Toilet roll didn't have a place so kept falling on the floor. Shower door is awkward to move to get to switch the shower on. It smelt a bit musty being in the basement and the steps were a little hard to get down. Needs a 2nd bed slde table as balancing the kettle on the bin.! 

Good points -  We parked outside every time we returned to the room.  The decor was clean and fresh,  The bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp sheets,  The bathroom was good with fresh towels.  The town centre was a 10 minute walk away The view out over the houses to the rear was pleasant with the trees around the cricket ground providing a green backdrop.  We booked for four nights but left after the second because we felt so insecure.   WHY? - The minor points were: The hot water was plumbed into the cold side of the taps so when I tried to have a cold finish to my shower I was scalded by the hot water.  The cable for the kettle was so short that we had to put it on the floor to plug it in.  The door to the room was clearly not a fire door and had a simple Yale type lock fitted to the inside of the door.  There was no safety chain and the door would not have provided any level of fire safety as there was an air gap all the way around and the light from the hall was visible around all four edges of the door when the light came on in the night.  But the MOST concerning aspect was the fact that the front door to the communal hallway was never locked. Every time that we returned to the property, or I went to fetch something from the car, we found the front door unlocked, even when I had locked it behind me only ten minutes earlier. On three occasions it had been left open and once there was a non resident standing at the entrance blocking our access.  This security issue could have been resolved by fitting a self closing and locking door, but it was just a basic domestic front door.  Each time we returned to the property we were concerned the there might be someone hiding inside.  We felt so unsafe after experiencing another sleepless night when the hall light kept coming on as it was activated by the PIR sensor that we decided to leave after the second night.  The agent explained that they couldn’t control people leaving the door open.  However they failed to appreciate that the security issue could be solved if they installed a self closing/locking communal front door. The type fitted to rooms in most hotels.  The agents said they would respond to us regarding our concerns within 7 to 10 days but 26 days later and we have heard nothing. 

We felt very insecure.  We will not be staying here again.

Communication prior to our stay was excellent. The guide book link that was sent prior to our stay was an excellent source of information. The room was clean, light & nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay.  The only thing I could suggest was maybe adding a toaster but other than that, which is a very minor thing, everything was great. 

Size of the room, microwave, fridge, bathroom was nice  Bed is hard as a rock, no soft pillows to choose, emergency exit light cannot be dimmed so all night you are stuck in a bright green light, room door don't open fully and if you don't hold it it slams on you, water in shower is warm but you cannot go warmer. 

Decent stay near city centre

Just adequate  Checking in shouldn't require me to wait for the room to be cleaned first. I booked and paid immediately, and I didn't even check in early. I was on time, but the room was still full of laundry, not yet prepared for the next guest. Everyone is tired from traveling, so if the check-in process isn't ready, do I really have to wait for the room to be cleaned as well?

The keys were in a key safe, sadly telephone call gave us the wrong code, so had to fish out a laptop, launch a hotspot, and find the email for the correct code.  Registered disable made to climb a steep flight of stairs, honestly I am surprised they meet to specs for an HMO My husband has paint dust all over a new black shirt and trousers 2 people for dinner only 1 fork available, only 3 not 4 mugs The absolute worst thing though, was they did not empty the bathroom bin from the previous occupants, utterly gross Apparently the new thing is only providing 1 pillow per person 1 bedside table for a double bed 1 bedside light  To me this studio, I would not agree with the word apartment being used to be honest, felt like a student let of an exceedingly basic level, done on the cheap.  The could not even be bothered to remove some of the label off of the table under the window with the 1 uncomfortable chair provided for the 2 occupants  Ladies if you stay here you need to pack your own hairdryer THERE IS NOT ONE PROVIDED....... this was the worst thing out of everything other than the unemptied bathroom bin.   The call centre is located and manned in the Philippines as the UK one is only manned Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 

Find somewhere else if you want any degree of comfort

The place was clean.  The maintenance team failed to arrive and solve my problem, the room was very cold even when the heater was on. 

I sadly had a bad experience during my stay, the shower was not working.

At the time, the front door was very difficult to open, and the 24 hour emergency number wasn't answered. It was only because someone came out that I was able to get in. The door has now been mended (found out on my last day) 

My complaints were taken seriously and acted on.

Pleasant and comfortable

El apartamento N. 3 está situado en la planta calle del edificio pero realmente está en el sótano (al abrir la puerta apenas hay descansillo y las escaleras son empinadas con peldaños muy pequeños y sin pasamanos, es muy fácil caerse; además, no tiene luz al acceder al apartamento). El apartamento estaba limpio, pero la zona exterior donde están las llaves estaba llena de basura y olía mal, además de la entrada (el suelo lleno de papeles). La puerta de entrada al edificio no cerraba bien, y el apartamento N. 3 tiene una salida a un patio, cuya cerradura tampoco funcionaba (daba la sensación de dormir con la puerta abierta). Tuve un problema con la caja de seguridad de las llaves y la empresa que gestiona el apartamento me dio pocas soluciones: muchos correos y mucho seguimiento, pero desde una oficina, sin solución local.

Clean and good value for money  Stairs were treacherous and felt unsafe. Only one mirror which was in the bathroom. No blind on the door so very bright early in the morning. No flexibility we were only there for 1 night so from check in at 4pm to check out at 10am, I requested an early check in as we were at an event that started at 1.30 but were told no. I asked if it was possible just to leave our luggage (one nights stay so minimal) and was told no. At that point if we had been entitled to a refund we would have cancelled

Liked the close proximity to train station, shops and town centre. The room was nice and clean. When we had a problem with the plumbing it was dealt with promptly. Liked the ease of check in but would have appreciated a place to put our luggage as we had to wait from the time of arriving by train to actual check in which was 4pm so we could do some exploring around the town.  It would have been nice to have a toaster to have toast with a cup of tea in the mornings. It would have been nice to have a little table and 2 chairs to sit at to eat meals. The option of another pillow would have also been great. I didn't like that the rubbish bin outside the front door was overflowing and by the time we left bags were on the ground.

Modern and location is good.  Bed had been slept in and not made!  Towels on the bathroom floor and rubbish still left on the floor.  Housekeeping had clearly not been in!  Blinds do not cover the windows so bright sunlight and not dark at night. 

Very poor experience over all.  Could not get wif-fi to work!!

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good.  I was given the address and a key safe code, but there were 5 unmarked key safes. I tried all of them but some would not open. I telephoned but the first 2 options went to answerphone in the middle of the afternoon. I tried option 4 and spoke to someone who just told me what I already knew. I eventually got the top key safe open and got the key. The front door would not lock. My room was on the ground floor very close to the pavement and road. The room was very warm 25C with no way to cool it down. Opening the windows was difficult because of the blinds and this let more noise in from cars parking outside and traffic going past. The wash basin was loose, as was the shower head holder. There were no obvious tea spoons but on the last day I found some small ones inside some plastic beakers. I was woken up early every morning as people in the other 4 rooms left the property as my room was nearest the front door. 

I wont be staying here again

Very central, easy check-in but quite a few stains and dirt around the space, questionable indeed. Price was okay for what it is, could be a little cheaper in my opinion but serves its purpose.

A limpeza, a cama é muito confortável, o espelho do banheiro, o chuveiro muito bom.  Sugestão: Falta persianas na lateral da janela, isso é ruim quando amanhece dá muita claridade no quarto. O aquecedor do quarto não suporta quando está muito frio, o quarto fica gelado. 

Central location near rail station, street parking or rail station carpark across the road.  Noisy occupants of the unit across hallway kept us awake till 3am each night.
