The view

Lack of utensils in the kitchen - very meagre!

The seating was inadequate for six people. I contacted them to tell them the situation and the response was that there were two chairs in the loft bedroom. Unfortunately the very, unsafe (carpenter's opinion) ladder to the loft did not allow enough space to get the chairs past the ladder into the sitting room
When I explained this, there was no response,!

No breakfast but location ok for our needs.

Outside stairs need cleaned as slips. Loft ladder too steep and dangerous with not enough room to get by. Beds awful, double mattress on queen sized bed with lumpy extra mattress on top. No room to
Open drawers at the end of the bed. Living room very very old fashioned with settee broken. No hot water, had to phone cleaner to feed meter twice when power went out. Horrible smell of cannabis coming from downstairs apartment. Really really angry at having paid £910 for four days in this flat. Worst one I have ever booked and awaiting an answer to my complaints.

The photos are different from the place.
1- The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building.
2- There are 2 rooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom on one floor.
3- The 3rd room shown in the picture is the loft. The stairs to the loft room are quite uncomfortable. Difficult for kids or elder people. We could not use the 3rd room at all.
Pros:
1- The location and views from the apartment are great.

Dreadful level of cleanliness and we didn’t dare eat off the crockery without washing it
