Just the little touches. Even spare tooth brushes and a cart to take bags up to where the car was parked. Could have done with some logs even though it’s may . It’s was wet and cold outside

A lovely weekend spent with friends in this little cosy cottage. Its location nestled at the top of the village provides great views and it is equipped with everything you need. Parking was taken up by the neighbours opposite so we had to park up the hill but made use of the trolley to move our luggage. Great little local pub The Bowling Green provided some food and a welcome drink at the end of our walk. One thing we felt we missed was a bigger mirror upstairs - there was only one in the bathroom and a small dresser one in the front bedroom, possible a full length one somewhere would be handy.

The place was nicely decorated. well enough equipped and spacious for 4 people. The village is lovely with a shop and couple of nice pubs. lovely area to explore. No curtains in the bedroom so sunlight came in very easy in the morning. Outside space was so limited that you couldn't really sit out. although it states patio it's very small and very shaded

Good house in small village. All good in the house and it has everything you need for a short stay. The directions to the house are incorrect on this website. As a result we asked a local to direct us who was very angry about the property being rented out for short term stays. We got an earful and went on our way. Turns out that local is the neighbour. No parking close to the house and the roads are extremely narrow.

The house was well appointed and comfy and clean. The village is beautiful and has 2 great pubs. Top spot for exploring the local areas walks and history. Good price for a 3 bedroom property. On arrival we couldn't find the key safe as its location wasn't properly described in the info provided. I spoke to the owner though and resolved this. There wasn't a parking space at the property as stated, we needed to park at the car park up the hill. This was only 5 mins walk though and didn't cause us any problems.
