Perfect location, lovely and peaceful. The whole house is beautiful and well thought of. A grab rail in the showers would be very useful though and some history about the house and school etc would make very interesting reading.

A real home from home. Everything was there for an enjoyable stay. It was nice touch to leave fresh milk in the fridge, nespresso coffee pods and Bothams biscuits. A great stay and we would love to return.

The location, the character, well equipped kitchen and quiet location

Being forced to pay extra for insurance. The garden had no plants and previous guests rubbish was left in the garden.

Building has been very tastefully updated, nice quiet location, well equipped.

Keybox location wasn't immediately obvious - took a little while to find it. Maybe an update on arrival instructions to say to go up old rectory path to the right of the property would be useful

A two floor, two bedroom house located moments from the center of Pickering town. Although the building itself is an old conversion, the interior and appliances/amenities are all relatively new and in excellent condition. There is a nice private outdoor space in the rear. The management company was extremely proactive and helpful with their communications. Overall a pretty faultless holiday rental experience.

The location was what we were looking for, a central area yet not a busy thorougher fare.

A dedicated parking slot, getting parked was hit and miss.

Very comfortable and quiet location near to the town centre. Two good restaurants within walking distance.

No private parking. Can be difficult to find a parking space near to the accommodation.

location is absolutely great, although parking is not easy, however, there is a public car park a few minutes walk away.

We were happy with the property. Clean, modern and comfortable. Tastefully renovated. Contained all the items and facilities you need and more.
The location is great for Pickering being on your doorstep. And it’s also handy for York, nearby Malton and Whitby & coast.
We enjoyed our 3-day stay. Have no problem in recommending.
Not a complaint as such but rather in the name of managing expectations: probability of getting one of the on street parking spots is low, and next door adjoining to the property is a church hall / community centre. There was drum practice one night and a funeral during one of the days. Feel it’s reasonable to mention it for future guests.
