The house is really nice<br/><br/>The garden was really sad<br/><br/>We were charged extra fees after it was booked and paid for, some of the fees were non refundable.<br/><br/>Shower had only one set temperature and low pressure

The house was close to the town, seaside and parks, also near to train station and bus stops so easy access to other towns. <br/>The house was clean and tidy and had the bonus of an extension room to the kitchen which was ideal for the dog overnight. The beds and sofa were comfortable and the decor pleasant.<br/><br/>Personally I would have liked net curtains upstairs as the bedrooms had blinds so for privacy had to be down all the time as the property was overlooked by other properties.

Prettig huis, fijn om een buitenterras te hebben, rustige locatie, bereikbaarheid t.o.v. trein, strand, enz. prima.<br/><br/>Geen keukenhanddoeken aanwezig, rolgordijn slaapkamer was stuk. Desondanks een prima verblijf gehad!

Location good. Comfortable beds. Well equipped.<br/><br/>Back door wouldn’t lock, someone had bent the lock in the frame. Host and stay -property management, were very helpful, but we were disappointed to learn it was a known problem that hadn’t been fixed. It was fixed 2 days in to our stay. <br/>Kitchen and bathroom were cleaned well but felt like other areas were barely cleaned, mostly in the lounge area. Found litter behind and under furniture. <br/>Parking was free, but no guarantee you would be able to park near the property after 5pm.

Overall good value for money, some items in the house need some TLC, door handles, back door, master bedroom blind, bunk bed is very shaky. Nothing major but should be fixed. Throughout the week we noticed pet hair in rugs etc and hoover was very smelly. <br/>Kitchen was well equipped and living space was very good. Beds and linens were clean. <br/>Overall we found the property good value for money

House was very comfortable and like home from home.<br/><br/>There was a shortage of cutlery, no spoons and a hand rail for the steep stairs would be very useful.

Lovely place, spotless, parking is an issue as a lot of cars park on the street, had to pay an extra non refundable £25.00 for damages before we could get the key code to get into the property.

The location was good. The bathroom and the double bedroom were clean and comfortable. The lounge area was large, with comfortable seating.<br/><br/>The outside of the property was very scruffy, as was the back courtyard area, with pots full of dead plants. The kitchen was poorly equipped with not one teaspoon to be found, and no knife block or any sharp knives. There was only one teatowel, and no hand towel, despite there being handwash in the kitchen, Although superficially clean, we found a chocolate sweet and 2 old dog toys under the Television table. The drawers in the dining area were full of useless items, such as a drawer full of loose change, and scraps of paper with telephone numbers on them. There were 2 empty packets of batteries, so we had to go out first thing, and buy a pack of batteries for the TV remote control. There was a wall hanging of 2023 tides - particularly useless, as we are now in April 2024! There seemed to be no 'attention to detail' whatsoever.

Lovely clean house with everything you will need - we had a great stay and would return. <br/>Fantastic communication- arrived to be told the boiler had an issue (an engineer arrived within the hour and fixed the problem) not a negative point, but to highlight the responsiveness and also prompt way the issue was resolved.<br/>We had 2 cars and only had one night out of 6 we could not both get parked down the same road. <br/>Highly recommend.

I booked Herbert Road for a Christmas trip from Xmas eve til the day after Boxing Day. I didn’t appreciate that after I booked and paid on air bnb that I was redirected to a company called Host & Stay who asked for a £250 deposit or to pay £25 to waiver the damage deposit. I paid and thought that would be the end of the problems. I was wrong. <br/>We arrived and house itself is clean and adequately equipped however the downstairs smells strongly of sewage. <br/>Although this wasn’t a huge issue it was quite horrible. <br/>The next morning (Xmas day) we realised there was no hot water or heating, the boiler was broken and was flashing an error code. I contacted Host and Stay immediately and they said they would try to get someone out. Well to cut a long story short they didn’t get it fixed, the landlord even sent them instructions to send us to try to fix the boiler ourselves. Long story short, they didn’t fix it and we had no hot water or heating for our trip. Now they won’t even refund us!!!!

We had a fabulous stay, the property is just as described and spotlessly clean! We had no problem parking near the house and it’s close enough to walk to the seafront. I would highly recommend!

All was ok, lovely little house just no spoons! I received a text the day after arrival to checkmif all was ok. I mentioned no spoons but it wasnt a big issue. Then had a message from Tim asking if it was ok to pop by and leave spoons. I replied no problem. No spoons ever appeared. This was disappointing, just wish I hadnt been told some would be left!

We loved our stay here, the house is super cosy and everything inside is easy to use just works. Which is never always the case. The beds are really comfy too. The TV has Netflix and Amazon built in and there’s a really good internet connection. There is a travel cot in the loft, but no mattress for it, so we’re happy we took our own. High chair is also provided.

Great little house for small family. A bit of a walk into the centre but not too bad on a lovely day. Free parking, big supermarkets close by, and all the amenities you need! My only suggestion would be another fan in the house!

This was a wonderful and extremely clean place to stay, in a very quiet residential area. The area is within easy access to ammenities and great beaches. The whole stay was perfect and the check-in and check-out process very easy and effortless. The team hosting was also very helpful and always very professional. We found it was a bargain for what it offered. We would definitely come back.

Highly recommend this appartment: It looks just as nice as on the photos, is indeed lovingly redecorated and has a peaceful outside space. With our bikes it was only minutes to the station or the Harbour. Would definitively go there again.

A lovely 4 night stay in this clean and beautifully decorated house in ramsgate - made even better by the fantastic weather! <br/>The kitchen had everything you would expect and the bedrooms very comfortable and a lovely modern bathroom. It was great to have some outdoor space too with the courtyard garden. <br/>The house was an ideal base for us to visit the Kent coast and close to supermarkets etc. <br/>The management were very quick to respond to any queries we had whilst we were there.

Really comfortable house. So well provisioned with proper good quality furniture. Easy to regulate temperature in the flat, with added option of log fire. Lots of space, quiet and calm. Bit of a walk to town centre but close to station, and with a car, really well situated to explore east Kent.

Amazing stay! Gorgeous decor. It made it hard to leave the house for days out as it’s just so comfy. The log fire was a gorgeous touch! Really really loved the stay and can’t wait to visit again!
