It was like home from home<br/><br/>One of the apartments the toilet gave out a nasty sewer smell in the en suite

Apartment was as described, only issue was the noise from the buses literally right outside the windows and they seemed to start at 5am and it would go on till 12 at night

Parking is very hard to find a spot

Great place to stay

Flat is next to pubs and bus stops which are quite noisy during the weekend. <br/>Flat lools like on the pics

Don't stop here, booked for three nights, inform ed the host well in advance that my wife is disabled, and requested a ground floor apartment, on arrival I was stunned to find that all the apartments a re up 2 flights of stairs, contact ed host and stay, only to be met with a standard response that they were taking my complaint seriously, corresponded with them. A few more times only to be met with the same waffling drivel, after struggling I the stairs we finally got in side the apartment sheets were cheap, kitchen was fitted by a foyer, there's a very rough ub next door, that contained the cream of Redcar society swearing, fighting continues all night ,Please don't stop hers

Was very central and really near the beach.<br/>The house is great with noise concealed doors so the kids could have time to play in the spacious living room, and the adults peace and quite in the room.<br/><br/>Nothing.

Place was lovely and clean ,well stocked with dishes cutlery etc nice and warm spacious and bright<br/><br/>. Very noisy at night with shouting from the street also busses early morning would have liked to have been left a note saying chair was wobbly and fridge had small dents as I kept wondering if yous knew also vinyl had been cut at bottom of fridge it would have made me feel happier to enjoy all the good things in your place .

Great location. Clean and tidy. Home from home.<br/><br/>They take they payment straight from your account when you book. You are also requested to put a large deposit down or pay a £25 up front cost for damages. Which I don’t think is fair. As there is nothing on the site which tells you this before booking

The flat was very spacious and exactly where we wanted to be.<br/><br/>The cleaning of the flat could be a bit better...found a dirty cup under sofa.

Read the terms first before reserving as host accepts your reservation before you would accept terms. Also the deposit will be only be sent back after 5 days. Really good location , pleasant clean and spacious accommodation.

Communication with Host and stay from booking was great. <br/>Easy instructions for lock box at main door and then apartment door. <br/>Great location, very clean & spacious apartment. <br/>Have previously stayed here and would definitely book again.<br/><br/>Just one thing sadly, inside one of the wardrobes there was a spare duvet & sheet, but this appeared dirty & didn't smell very nice. <br/>Immediately contacted Host and stay to inform them of this to make them aware. I put it in the washing machine out of our way, as no need for the washing machine during our stay. <br/>I tried to call host and stay to let them know and left a message, they did call me back, but I missed it due to meeting my family. I called back but it was a Friday late afternoon & the office was then closed. Wouldn't put us off booking again.

Self catering apt. Clean with comfy beds.Easy to get keys as in a coded box.<br/><br/>Be aware no parking without having to pay. Bus stop right outside which was quite noisy.

Flat was clean and large in size although there was no view other than a fire escape, we were unable to open the lounge windows ,the key had to be left in the box for someone to come and check the apartment which I found unnecessary,I thought they were checking to see if we needed clean towels ect but it was just a check

The apartment was really lovely - nice and clean and in a perfect location. There was a public car park very nearby, which was handy for loading and unloading, but we also managed to find a spot to park for free a few minutes walk away.<br/>Easy system for letting ourselves in, which worked perfectly. No issues with anything at all.<br/>We all had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely use this apartment in the future.<br/><br/>There weren't really enough utensils in the kitchen. No sharp knife, which made cooking a little tricky, and the handles kept falling off the saucepans!<br/>The duvets were really thin, so it was pretty cold at night.<br/>It would have been nice to have been able to have the windows open.

The location was central and easy to get to.<br/><br/>There was no parking close by and it’s difficult to even pull over and unload your stuff. The apartment itself was not great and there was very limited utensils in the kitchen area. My apartment (number 2) was on a busy main high street with a bus stop outside meaning it was very loud on the evenings and throughout the day. They left me a pint of milk in the fridge that was out of date and when I emailed to asked for local parking they were abrupt in their response.

Location is very central. Large apartment with 3 double bedrooms.<br/><br/>Overall the apartment is clean but there were hairballs all over the carpet of the living room and hall. <br/>The apartment has no mirrors in the bedrooms and very few coat hangers so needed to bring our own/purchase. The kitchen is very small for the size and lacks many utensils so cooking is difficult and we had to purchase our own, as well basic things like washing up liquid and toilet paper. Also it can be very noisy at night as it is central.

The apartment is clean with lots of room but the lighting is very dim in the kitchen/living room area making it hard to use the kitchen to its full potential. The location is not great if you want to get a good nights sleep. The street is very noisy from mid evening until the early hours with revellers and then the buses start very early on a morning. The windows do not open to let any fresh air in as they are all locked. The entrance is not distinguishable enough from the outside so a sign on the door would be helpful.

The apartment was dreadful - a terrible combination of other people’s dirt (smeared sheets, marked towels, bins, crumbs) and also not yet being finished (no plates, no tv, next door’s wifi, sofa for only two in flat for 4, broken front door, no bulbs in lamps etc etc). Stay, the management company, dealt effectively with the complete refund, but this property had clearly not been vetted before they took it on and it was a horrible experience.
