Location close to amenities.

Parking limited as we had two cars, but as it is so close to the centre we did not move once parked.

House is run by rental agency and once booked insurance request required. Location was central to amenities and house was clean, but it should be as there’s a £90.00 clean charge incorporated in the cost . Request to keep the house clean and tidy which is obvious, but disappointing that only cleaning product was a diluted half a bottle of washing up liquid and 2 dishwasher tabs for a 5 day stay-really ! No welcome pack as we’ve previously experienced , unless you count tea bags, coffee sachets and milk sachets…Disappointing

So pleasantly surprised. It was a great property. Very clean with everything on your doorstep.
The main bathroom walls do not extend to the ceiling, meaning the room is a little open. So there is a slight lack of privacy, but a smaller downstairs bathroom goes some way to mitigate this.
A smooth experience from beginning to end.

Bath Street is a very well equipped and superbly located property. Prime for exploring lovely Saltburn and the surrounding area. Other than a day trip to Staithes (also worth a visit) we walked everywhere during our stay. Spacious rooms and comfy beds made for very happy guests. We had awesome pizza from No. 23 on arrival as well as an excellent meal at Tomahawk steakhouse. Oh and Sainsbury’s is beyond handy near enough at the end of the street! We felt at home right from the moment we walked in. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house, space, decor, linen, cable tv, kitchen facilities, coffee machine, washer/dryer.
Great location for town, shops, bars train.
Street parking was ok. Managed to park on the street.
Lock box a challenge as we arrived in the dark.
Warm, cosy stay.
