Matched the description and looked just like the photos. Had a few minor issues, such as dead batteries in the TV remote, almost-finished kitchen roll, no spare bin bags and outside bins full, so was inconvenient to have to go to the shop to replace some of these items, but nothing major. Overall, a good stay.

We really enjoyed the stay, slight issues with door coming off hinges with only one screw. That was really minor but we had a good stay. Thank you Birch homes, will recommend and use again.

Self catering. Good proximity to church for wedding. Good local pub meals. Meeting and spending time with family. Decor could do with freshening up. No contact with owners.

Had to pay an extra deposit to be granted access to the house which I did not know about prior which I thought was abit of a joke, all in all a nice place to stay for the week.

Lovely spacious house in a great location for us. We stayed while we were attending my mums funeral which was held at the church up the road. The house has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are a really good size. Check in/out was simple & straightforward and communication with the owners was good. It was nice to have somewhere to relax & chill after a stressful & upsetting day, much better than sitting on the bed in a hotel room. We will definitely book the house again if we return to Wolverhampton as a family. The bathroom sink takes aaaages to drain. The kitchen tap is wobbly. Could do with a dressing table with mirror or a full length mirror in the main bedroom as no facility todo hair/make up.

A sizeable house ,good location Kitchen worktops , oven and microwave were dirty. General condition of property was tired and quality of fixtures and fittings were of poor standard

Stayed at this property for the second time after an amazing stay last time, such a shame about this time. Cleaning was nowhere near up to standard, had no cleaning products or even a mop. Now the worst part about this whole thing is that after paying almost £400 to stay in this property for a SECOND time that I received a message last time trying to extort money out of me for muddy paw prints on the door in the kitchen and a small amount of dog waste in the garden that I hadn’t seen when clearing the garden. (This garden is very big so easily done) now all this being said and baring in mind this is a PET PROPERTY and I did pay an original £100 cleaning fee included in the £400. Then they tried to charge me for a number of things that we’re definitely not me as I had saw them the very first time we stayed. Very very disappointing as the first time we stayed it was amazing, not sure what’s happened since the last time but not happy whatsoever.

Absolutely gorgeous home with the most comfortable bed!!

I had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, with Tesco nearby, making everything incredibly convenient. The space was mostly clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The only minor issue was that the toilet door didn't completely close when locked, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you, for your great hospitality

Good spacious place.

We stayed for a few days and found the property to be clean and modern in decor. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a lovely few days. It fit our purpose with two teenage kids I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay for either work or just a vacation away from home. We will definitely use this property again.

Good stay

Whilst the place was fairly clean it requires a little more care taken. The window sills need fixing on the stairs, and a window requires repairing on the first small landing. More furniture needs adding to the living room as there are only three seats and the main bedroom could do with a set of drawers in.

A very comfortable home with 3 double beds. Would definitely stay here again! Lots of space but still nice and cosy. Access to the accommodation is very easy via a key box. Good location, just a short drive to the centre of town. It is on quite a busy road. However, you don't really hear the noise inside as the property is set back from the road and at night the road is quiet.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und die drei Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön möbliert, mit bequemen Betten. Wir bereits von anderen Gästen kommentiert, wäre ein Tisch in der Küche sehr gut. Zudem hätten wir uns über eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien gefreut, um den großen Garten und die Terrasse nutzen zu können.

It's location was close to my family members. The neighbors and area was pleasant. The place needs to be fixed up a bit. The trees need to be trimmed down a bit. To get to the door to gain access was not well lit (dangerous). An inspection of the property needs to be had immediately before guests arrive. There were quite a few cobwebs and spiders. The heat was not on and when it was turned on it appears as though it was being regulated from somewhere else. The carpet needs to be changed, it smelled & appeared dirty. The bathroom would leak when you took a shower so you would end up cleaning after the fact. Was there supposed to be a cleaning service? There should be to take care of certain needs around the house.

The house was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. There was a Tesco Express just down the road which was very handy. It was in an ideal location for us as we have relatives in the area. The kitchen is quite large and would have benefitted from a small breakfast table at the far end. However, there is a very nice formal dining room at the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and may return.

Had an ok stay here, working away for a week the place when we get there was a fairly dirty had to spend a good 2 hours cleaning. There was a noticeable smell and not great cooking/kitchen utensils. Garden needs some maintenance but for a fairly priced Airbnb it was ok

Lovely house, not very posh, yet comfy and spacious, we went there for a short stay and it had everything we needed. Our son said, this house has a good vibe, what else we could ask for. Check out time at 10am feels a bit too early especially on the day off when we would love to sleep in a little bit longer. Had to rush to leave on time.

Absolutely gorgeous bungalow with a fantastic garden, the kitchen is massive with big dinning table, the sitting room is spacious with a massive tv and the shower head is bigger than a dustbin lid haha 10/10 my only problem was it has 3 double beds that are so comfortable you find it hard getting out of them in the morning to go to work ??? 1 word amazing. That’s why I’ve just booked it again for 2 weeks ?
